Q 1: How do you ensure your quality?

Quality is a must and everything, we know if we don't do it, the others will do. So we always do at best every time and all the time to ensure the consistent high quality to meet or exceed customer's expectations.

Q 2: How does your price compare with the western suppliers?

Labor cost is the remarkable advantage in China, more labor involved in the project, more competitive our price. Generally, our price is one third of the western ones or more lower sometimes.

Q 3: How does your price compare with the western owned suppliers in China?
The biggest difference between the western owned suppliers in China and us is the face, we use same technicians, materials, equipments and technologies to make the parts, and our price is usually half of them or more cheaper.
Q 4: How do you protect my confidential information?
We sign Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) as per request to protect customer's confidential information and disclose only necessary information to necessary employee or third party that also bound the same NDA obligations to us.
Q 5: How to pay Honkia Prototype?
You can pay Honkia Prototype by Bank to Bank wire transfer or PayPal.
Q 6: Can I get credit from Honkia Prototype?
Unless otherwise noted, all new customers must prepay 50% payment to start production of the first three orders, and pay up 50% balance before shipping orders, then we will consider the possibility of 30 days credit. For tooling project, all customers must prepay 50% tooling payment to start production, and pay up 50% tooling balance once the testing samples approved.
Q 7: What’s your delivery time?

The delivery time depends on the project specifications and our production load. For prototype projects, it normally takes around 2-15 days from receiving the purchase order to shipping the prototypes.

Q 8: How do you send the parts and how long time it takes?

We usually send parts by DHL or UPS air express taking about 2 or 3 days from us to the most European and America nations, customers can also specify the freight forwarder.

Q 9: What if I am not satisfied with the quality of the part received?

We will free remake the part after the unsatisfied part is sent back at customer's cost, or refund the full or negotiated amount of arrived payment to customer.
